CATALOGUE NOTES
Blue and white and famille verte porcelain bowl. The bowl of "ogee" form with broad expanding lip rim. Decorated along the exterior lower section with trefoil or lingzhi head shaped reserves containing a pair of birds almost touching in silhouette, all set against a diaper ground; the exterior rim, in bright famille verte enamels with leaf and rectangular shaped reserves of Precious Things all set upon a seeded green ground embellished with flowers of the seasons; the interior of the lips, with varying linear designs in underglaze blue; and the well of the bowl, with butterflies and flowers in bright famille verte enamels. The underfoot with six character Kangxi mark.
