    CATALOGUE NOTES

    A tea bowl, the rounded sides rising from a short, slightly tapering foot, is painted on the exterior with a continuous scene of many small boys in playground pursuits including kite flying, insect catching, blind mans bluff and apple bobbing. The interior is undecorated. The piece contains a Chenghua six character mark within a double circles.
