The interior of the saucer painted with a single spray of peony. The leaf shaped saucers are bordered by the same chevron band as the cups and have the veins painted in, dividing the space up into narrow irregular shaped panels each of which is filled with a different flowering plant. The underside of the saucers is similarly divided up with a single peony spray in each of the smaller panels. The glazed base has a single stylized flower head surrounded by flying ribbons.
