CATALOGUE NOTES

A pair of eggshell porcelain famille verte ovoid lantern, the sides painted with a continuous scene, one with a lady and attendant playing a board game, overlooked by an official, the other side with a lady presenting the lady of the house with a wrapped dish, the other lantern with the dish presented uncovered, the neck and base with iron red diaper borders with green flower medallions.
